Through the incorporation of turbine installation and servicing company Dawson Energy, which joined the group in 2010, we are proud to be one of the longest established wind turbine installation firms in the UK, with over 15 years’ construction experience.

Our core strength is our highly-trained, experienced workforce of over 200 offshore-certified wind turbine technicians. From this pool, we assemble bespoke installation teams incorporating all the disciplines required – from mechanical and electrical to rigging and lifting – to undertake your installation project. You can be confident that 3sun Group will manage your entire project to the highest standard.

3sun Group understands the technical challenges and complexities involved in offshore installation projects. We therefore offer packaged scopes of work which include pre-assembly, installation, mechanical and electrical completion, servicing and quality assurance - each tailored for your different project requirements.

To augment or as an alternative to packaged solutions, we also offer specialist support for your installation methodology, including client representatives, offshore construction managers, HSE managers, QA managers, site managers and team leads. 3sun Group will provide the skill set and the relevant services needed to maximise the value we add, allowing your installation projects to be completed to the highest of standards.

The Group’s added value comes from established partnerships with OEMs; used to provide complementary services ranging from jack ups to transfer vessels, through to access equipment and specialist tools to create bespoke, cost effective project packages.

It is our objective to provide a hassle-free service, whether the requirement is for critical specialists, a small installation team or a full-scale packaged solution including planning and work packs, full manpower provision, construction management and supervision, embedded QHSE and operational support. We offer maximum client visibility of our workers through our resource management system. Personnel availability, shift patterns, training, competencies and certificates are all available via a web-based login so you can manage your project progress
