The client was experiencing control system downtimes and increased repairs. The cause was found to be that their technicians did not fully understanding the complicated technical working of hydraulic systems.
Solution
3sun Academy researched and designed, at no cost to the client, a full 2 day hydraulic course, which was edited and reviewed to theirrequirements.
The course was designed with 50 % practical training and 50% theoretical training. A training rig was built specially and three lecturers were trained to be able to deliver the course to on their site.
Results
The course has now been delivered over 18 times, with very positive feedback from the candidates, as it gives them a far greater understanding of the technical issues of hydraulic systems. The result is a greatly reduced amount of down time of Hydraulic control systems and far less repairs required due to incorrect understanding.
