Graham Hacon - CEO
Founded 3sun in 2007 and is the CEO of 3sun Group
Graham founded 3sun in 2007 and has held the position of Managing Director then CEO of 3sun Group following the Business Growth Fund investment in 2014. Graham started his career with Brisco Engineering with a mechanical, electrical and hydraulics background and has progressed from technician, to manager to company owner. Graham has substantial experience within the energy industry, specialising in rapid business growth, new start companies and income streams.
Sam Copeman - CFO
Joined us in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer
Sam joined 3sun in 2016 as CFO. Prior to joining 3sun, Sam qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and then moved in to industry, holding senior positions within businesses in the global energy industry, latterly as the CFO of a global oilfield service business. Sam’s experience has been built within owner managed, private equity, leveraged and FTSE 100 businesses, both in the UK and internationally.
Jane Vinson – Business Growth Fund
Jane joined BGF in 2016
Jane joined BGF in 2016 to support the growing portfolio in the South of England. Jane has twenty years of portfolio experience having started her career at NatWest Ventures, which became Bridgepoint Capital and latterly at Octopus Investments.
Jane has sat on a number of Boards and been involved in nearly 100 exits.
